This technique consists of using the fingertips to tap on specific meridian points on the body, hands, face, chest, and head. While we tap, an intention is set to face a certain challenge, release it, and state a positive affirmation.
To create financial freedom we must realize that money is energy and our emotions or negative beliefs can block the flow of money coming towards us.
EFT helps us to gain perspective on our lives. Tapping into the source of the problem, like fear and anxiety around money, will slowly make it lose its grip on our mind and body. Through each tapping session we can liberate ourselves and create both emotional and financial freedom.
